Is the site visit really free?
Yes. For locations within about 15 km of Pollachi Bazaar, we visit, measure the boundary line and give a written quote at no cost and with no obligation to place an order. Beyond that radius a small travel charge is adjusted into the work if you proceed.
How long does installation take?
A typical 1,000 ft chain link or barbed wire run with stone posts takes about 3–5 working days depending on soil and access. Readymade RCC compound wall of the same length is usually up in 5–8 days since the panels are already cast and cured.
Do you supply materials without installation?
Yes. Fencing stones, posts, mesh rolls, barbed wire, GI wire, panels and fittings are sold from our yard at New Road, Pollachi Bazaar — retail quantities or bulk. Bring your vehicle or we can arrange transport.
What height should I choose for a farm boundary?
For coconut groves and orchards, 5–6 ft chain link or 5-line barbed wire is the usual standard — enough to keep cattle and intruders out without dominating the landscape. For poultry units, factories and layouts we recommend 6–8 ft, and for homes a 5 ft RCC wall with a gate.
Which fence is best in rocky or waterlogged soil?
Rocky laterite suits granite stone posts set with concrete packing, which is why stone-post fencing is so common here. In low-lying, waterlogged ground we increase footing depth, use heavier concrete posts and add a rubble base so posts do not shift in the monsoon.
What about payment and advance?
We accept cash, UPI and net banking. The usual arrangement is a material advance when work is scheduled and the balance on completion. For material-only purchases, payment is at delivery.
Do you take up repair and extension work?
Yes — re-tensioning sloping wire, replacing storm-damaged posts, realigning gates and extending an existing fence are all routine jobs for us, and we match the material to what you already have wherever possible.
